Shipping Time:

Usually, most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Time:

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 7-15 Days from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable.

Regarding Potential Delivery Delay Due to the Impact of Covid-19.

   Orders will be usually processed within 3-7 business days, and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Order processing time may take up to 2 weeks due to high volume of orders.

   Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

   Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

    Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

    There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on support@world-skmei.com and we can tell you the status of your order.

 

Taxes & Duties

   Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Customs & Regulations

   You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Foreign Transaction Fees

   If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

   Our store prices are shown in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Credit Card at the checkout page.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 20 days from receipt of your order. If 20 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simply send us pictures of the order in question to                  support@world-skmei.com 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily will exchange an item if you are not 100% happy, simply contact us and let us know what you would like it exchanged for. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@world-skmei.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations

We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
