Missing Watch

I ordered my watch on the 8th of May and waited until the end of the month (thinking it might have had issues with being delivered and in the mail system) before I finally contacted the company about my watch and haven't heard a word from anybody. I asked for a cancellation and refund and am going through a long process to get refunded without the help of the merchant/company or whoever is selling these things. I do not recommend you buy anything from this vendor (if it even shows up).

Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 20 days from receipt of your order. If 20 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simply send us pictures of the order in question to         

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily will exchange an item if you are not 100% happy, simply contact us and let us know what you would like it exchanged for. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
